We recently stayed here the weekend of our wedding and had an amazing experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to not only myself and husband but the whole bridal party. The rooms were clean. I highly recommend the Hampton inn & suites for any stay but especially for big groups.
I know this hotel is under major renovation, but condition of hotel is extremely low and understand the reason for renovation, room are not upto mark as Hilton property, lights inside room are not adequate for working, no doubt that staff are great and always eager to help you out to make sure your stay are comfortable. One big plus point is this is closer to the airport even I can see this hotel from my departure gate.
The rooms here are clean and have some desired amenities. Hotel has a pool that seems to be pretty well maintained, as well as a Continental breakfast. The breakfast had a waffle iron, eggs, sausage, bagels, etc. I included the hilarious picture of Mr. Potato Head that was in my bathroom.
Everything was great. Breakfast was boring though. Not much to choose from. And there wasn't enough caffeinated coffee during breakfast and only decaf in our room. Also, I do have to say, the water pressure during my showers were extremely weak. I couldn't believe it. Otherwise clean.
The room was very nice, for our weekend stay, and the staff was very friendly, and when they told us about the breakfast hours, they were very accommodating to my allergies.
When traveling for work, I needed a hotel that provided quiet, solace, and respite after long 12-hour shifts. I just so happened to be there when there were hockey and cheer teams present, so there was anything but quiet and respite...However, the service provided to me by the front desk supervisor, Tiequanna was exceptional. She was sympathetic to my situation and did everything in her power to respectfully address the noise complaints that I and many other guests had. She is truly a phenomenal example of premier customer service. Because of her patient, kind, respectful, and accommodating nature, I booked at this same hotel the following weekend. Tiequanna deserves a shout out, and better yet a raise! THAT is how you customer service :)
Very nice clean hotel. Not a lot of hotels in this area of Rhode island, but convenient for us to visit friends and family. Rooms were clean and well-appointed and had a good free breakfast in the lobby. There is a rock quarry next door but not much noise at all. Within short walking distance Laura's bar-and-grill is excellent. If you want lighter fare, the gas station next door has deli sandwiches made to order. Overall, a pleasant 2 night stay
Tiequanna at the front desk was super helpful and nice. The breakfast could have had a slighty better quality for the limited options. Still a great stay overall
